Returns and Refunds

Returns - If you wish to return any item, you may do so within 15 working days after the parcel has been delivered. Items can be exchanged or refunded provided they are unopened in the original packaging.

Incorrect/Missing Items - In the unlikely event that an item from you order is incorrect or missing, please contact us within 15 working days. We will send you the correct item without any additional charge.

Delivery

1. We offer free delivery for orders above OMR 5.000, and have a nominal charge of OMR 1.500 for orders below OMR 5.000.

2. We deliver within Muscat city on Monday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

3. Cut off time for Monday deliveries is Sunday 5.00 pm. Likewise, cut off time for Thursday deliveries is Wednesday 5.00 pm.

4. While we primarily deliver anywhere in the Muscat region, we are open to delivering to other regions as well, depending on the volume of the orders. Please note that the delivery schedule and charges will defer for the regions outside Muscat.

Pricing and Product Availability

1. All items are subject to availability.

2. The prices shown on the Asian Souq website and social media feeds are exclusive of delivery charge, if applicable.

3. Pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment

1. Payment can be made either by cash/card on delivery or bank transfer.

2. In case of bank transfer, the payment must be reflected in our bank account before the delivery date.
