Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can, provided the order hasn’t been forwarded to our warehouse for fulfilment. We would highly recommend that you contact us at info@asiansouq.com or WhatsApp us on +968 90900605 a day prior to the delivery date in case you want to cancel your order. 

Do you have a store?

No, we don’t have a store yet. We personally curate our product list and deliver your order right at your doorstep. 

How often do you deliver?

Our delivery schedule is twice a week, Monday and Thursday.

What are your delivery charges?

We offer free delivery for orders above OMR 10.000, and have a nominal charge of OMR 1.500 for orders below OMR 10.000.

Do you deliver all over Oman?

While we primarily deliver anywhere in the Muscat region, we are open to delivering to other regions as well, depending on the volume of the orders. Please note that the delivery schedule and charges will defer for the regions outside Muscat. 

Is your website secure?

Be rest assured that whenever you enter your address, phone number or any other personal information on our website, it is absolutely safe as it is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Do you supply in bulk?

Of course, we do. All you have to do is contact our food service division that handles bulk supplies to restaurants and hotels. You can reach us with your bulk order at info@asiansouq.com
